Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study Psychology. As a Registered Counsellor, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to ensure that they leave their counselling sessions with many tools. I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.

I walk with clients on their journeys to healing and growth. We work together to create harmony within your system by developing healthy coping strategies, solving problems, setting boundaries and establishing a myriad of other tools to thrive within a system. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families to improve mental health by discussing emotions and experiences and examining issues such as stress, personal development, anxiety, relationships and self-image. I assist clients in defining goals, taking action and gaining insight.

I use an integrative approach to counselling as it is an approach that is shaped to fit the needs of the client. This allows me to develop an intervention plan suited to your individual needs, by drawing from a variety of theories and techniques. Empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard are the cornerstone of my counselling approach.

Counselling can be daunting but I will walk with you every step of your journey. I aim to create a safe space in which we can work together to reach your goals, overcome difficulties, heal, and start living life.
